1. Service Agreement
   By booking and using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Our services include car washing, detailing, waxing, ceramic coating, paint protection, and other related services. All services are provided based on your selected package or customized preferences.
2. Pricing Prices Are Subject to Change: All prices for car wash and detailing services listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary depending on factors such as the condition of your vehicle, the type of service requested, or market changes in labor and materials.
   Prices Upon Inspection: The final price for any service will be confirmed after an in-person inspection of your vehicle. This inspection will take into account the size, condition, and additional requirements of your car.
   Additional Charges: If additional services are required during the inspection or service, such as extra detailing, specialized treatments, or repairs, these will be communicated to you before proceeding, and additional charges may apply.
   Payment Adjustments: Prices may fluctuate based on the specific condition of your vehicle at the time of service. These fluctuations will be discussed with you prior to starting any work.
3. Payments Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments. All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
   Payment Changes: Payment amounts are subject to change based on additional services, the condition of the vehicle, or any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the service. You will be notified of any changes to the total amount before proceeding with the service.
   Non-Payment: Failure to pay for services rendered may result in legal action to recover any outstanding balances. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue payments.
4. Service Availability
   We strive to provide reliable service during our regular business hours. However, we reserve the right to modify or cancel service times as needed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment malfunctions, severe weather conditions, or other emergencies.
5. Liability and Damage Vehicle Condition: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We will make every effort to prevent damage during our services, but some services may expose previously undetected issues.
   Damage Occurrence: In the unlikely event of damage occurring during a service, we will make all reasonable efforts to address the issue. However, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged area only, and we are not liable for any consequential damages.
6. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
   Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable once completed. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any issues to your satisfaction.
7. Customer Responsibility
   You are responsible for providing access to your vehicle and ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe condition for cleaning and detailing. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle poses a safety risk or if access to certain areas of the car is restricted.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
   We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during your service, such as payment details and contact information, will be used solely for processing your transactions and providing the services you request. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
9. Service Limitations Special Requests: Any special requests, such as handling specific areas of your car, will be noted and addressed as best as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated due to time or resource constraints.
   Product Availability: Certain products or services may only be available for a limited time or in limited quantities, and we cannot guarantee availability upon request. We will inform you of any restrictions before service commencement.
10. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold Sun Shine Car Wash harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from the use of our services, including any incidents that may occur due to the condition of your vehicle or non-compliance with these terms.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved within the legal jurisdiction of Belgium.
12. Amendments
    We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
